1. Male Mental Health Forum
We recognise that mental health can be difficult to talk about at the best of times, and even more so for men. As part of her work on Male Mental Health, Vice President Ffion will be hosting a second Forum specifically for male students (including trans and/or non-binary students who identify as male some or all of the time). This event is planned and delivered with support from the President and Vice President of the Athletic Union (AU).

2. No sweat public speaking: own your voice
Learn how to overcome any fears of public speaking, and communicate in your own authentic and creative way.

3. The power of sleep
A session about the power of sleep, delivered by Transform Lives Company.
Come along to a session all about discovering how sleep can set up a great day, and learn some practical tips for a good night’s sleep and develop a healthy routine.

4. Live joint journaling workshop
The need for self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion is more prominent than ever. This online session from Mindless Academy will show you how to incorporate journaling and meditation into our daily routines, to have positive effects on our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

7. The Firestarters – Lifestyle & Culture
Firestarters is an exciting and innovative virtual festival designed to ignite a million conversations and raise money for leading mental health charity Rethink Mental Illness and the youth support charity UK Youth.
