The University of Liverpool has won the Best University Halls Award in the 2021 National Student Housing Awards.
The annual National Student Housing Awards are based exclusively on direct feedback from over 33,000 home and international students across 200 universities and colleges in the UK. With no written nominations and no expert judges, the National Student Housing Awards are uniquely credible and highly prized.
The University of Liverpool has over 4,500 student rooms in our popular Greenbank student village and city campus residences, and this award recognises the extraordinary work that has been undertaken over the last year to provide a welcoming and safe environment for students.
Matthew Clough, Director, Residential Services said: “This award is based entirely on feedback from students. Success demonstrates the fantastic service we have been delivering to our residents and the lasting impression this has made upon them. It is particularly impressive given the unique difficulties halls faced in the 2020-21 year.”
Data for the awards are collected through the Global Student Living Index which measures student experience in accommodation around the world. Fieldwork is managed by Red Brick Research, an independent market research and business intelligence agency with a special focus on youth marketing, student accommodation and higher education.
