Free month-long programme of activities and events returns next week

Feel Good February, will return this year from 1-28 February 2023, with a free programme of events and activities for all students and staff to take part in.

The programme is structured around the 6 ways to wellbeingConnect, Be active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give, Be Sustainable, with events aligned to each of these themes.

Do ‘one thing’ next month

Throughout the year everyone is encouraged to take some time to find ways to relax, socialise and improve your overall physical and mental health as much as possible. This February, staff and students are challenged to ‘do one thing’ and to set a realistic, achievable goal that will help you feel good without piling on pressure – it could be to attend one event from the programme, to pick one of the 6 ways to wellbeing to focus on, or to set your own goal e.g. go for a walk on a certain day each week.
