Feel Good February kicks off with the Welcome Hub at Mountford Hall from 11-3pm on Thursday 1 February for new students, where you can meet support teams to help you start your time at Liverpool off on the best possible footing. This is followed by the Guild’s Refreshers Fair on Friday, 2 February. The Refreshers Fair gives you the chance to connect with University societies, sports clubs plus external charities who have volunteering opportunities available. The Guild will also be handing out free goodie bags. The Refreshers Fair isn’t just for new students; it’s for all our students and everyone is very welcome to attend.

Feel Good February continues with 5 weeks of events and activities aimed at helping you to find time for wellbeing. This includes;

More details of these and other events, plus booking information, will be available over the coming week.

Throughout the month, 6 large visual installations will also be placed around campus, forming an interactive trail for you to take 10 minutes away from your usually daily activities with games and brain teasers. Take some time to find all 6 and see if you can complete all of the challenges.
