Feel Good February launches today

Today we are launching this year’s Feel Good February wellbeing programme for you to enjoy throughout the month.

Now in its third year, the programme runs all month and offers you a range of ways to socialise with friends, relax, and look after both your mental and physical health through events and activities all aligned to 6 core ways to wellbeing: Connect, Be active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give, Be Sustainable.

You can find more details about events and activities on the Feel Good February webpages as well as on the My Liverpool app, which gives you quick and easy access to the programme anytime, anywhere.

This year’s programme begins today with the Welcome Hub at Mountford Hall for new students, followed by the Guild’s Refreshers Fair tomorrow, Friday, 2 February, where you can connect with University societies, sports clubs and much more.
