Here if you need us: wellbeing support at Liverpool

Our Student Services team are dedicated to supporting you throughout your time at Liverpool.

You can find them in the Student Life centre in the Alsop Building on University Square. Made up of several teams, they can help no matter what comes your way.

You can reach them by calling them on 0151 795 1000 or visit the Student Services website for information on how to book appointments.

Whether you’re stressed about your studies, personal life, or if you have concerns about what university life will look like, you don’t have to struggle on your own. In a crisis now? Immediate mental health support

In an emergency, or if you don’t feel that you can keep yourself safe, go to accident and emergency (A&E), or call 999 for an ambulance. Or you can contact your local NHS mental health crisis line. For Liverpool, call 0800 145 6570. If you’re outside of Liverpool, find your local mental health crisis line on the NHS website.

If you have thoughts about harming yourself or ending your life but do not feel you are at immediate risk, Student Services offers a range of support that includes wellbeing advisors, counsellors, and the mental health advisory Service.
