The University of Liverpool will take on Liverpool John Moores University is our annual sports battle later this week.
Varsity will run over three days, from Sunday, 10 March to Tuesday, 12 March and will feature sports including hockey, tennis, cricket, football and rugby, with the action taking place at a host of sites:
- Wyncote astro and grass pitches
- Wavertree Tennis Centre
- LJMU Sports Centre
- JMO Sports Park
- University of Liverpool Sports Hall 1 and 2
- University of Liverpool Swimming Pool
- Riley’s Pool Bar
Whichever team wins the most games will be crowned Varsity winners and will receive the coveted Varsity trophy.
