Looking for wellbeing support during exams and assessments? Head to the Alsop Building!

We know that this is a busy and pressurised time for our students and, with this in mind, we’d like to remind you what’s on offer across campus this exam and assessment period, to support your wellbeing.

Our offer includes free relaxation sessions, wellbeing walks and mindful activities. There are also opportunities to talk to our wellbeing staff face to face for advice on coping with the pressures of exams. Read on for all the details.

Alsop Wellbeing Space activities

From Monday 13 to Friday 24 May, there’s a whole host of wellbeing activities taking place in the Alsop Building, the home of our Student Life service.

Sport Liverpool activities

You can also take advantage of free wellbeing sessions being offered by Sport Liverpool. The team are running a range of classes, from Pilates and Relaxation, to Yoga and Conditioning classes.

Exam anxiety clinics

Our Wellbeing team has been running dedicated exam anxiety clinics in recent weeks, designed to help you deal with any worries you might have about sitting exams. There is still one session to go if you’d like to book a place:
