Year in Industry bootcamp for Science and Engineering students

Students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering are invited to register for a YINI Bootcamp with the Careers & Employability team.

The Bootcamp is aimed a prospective Year in Industry students from all degree subjects within the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

Taking place on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 September, it will include a variety of in-person sessions that will help you explore your options and prepare for the every stage of the application process – helping you to secure an industrial placement for the following year.

The sessions are aimed primarily at current first year students who will be going into their second year from September and looking for placement opportunities for next year.

The programme will be delivered by Careers and Employability team, returning placement students, and employer representatives who are all looking to recruit Liverpool students for their placement opportunities.

Following the Bootcamp you will feel confident searching and finding year in industry opportunities, completing each stage of the recruitment process, and networking with employers. You’ll also know all about the support that’s available and how to access it.
