Alfie the Elf’s Christmas Rescue
Weekend only from Saturday, 30 November until Sunday, 15 December, 11am, 1pm and 3pm

Join Alfie as he brings his fabulous stories to life, cracks jokes and tells us all how Christmas really works in Santa’s workshop.
Alfie the Elf’s Christmas Rescue is a wonderful yuletide treat for children and their families, guaranteed to make this Christmas truly magical, all within the fabulous setting of Ness’s theatre.
Storytime with Father Christmas
Sunday, 8 and Sunday, 15 December, 10am, 12 noon and 2pm
Join Father Christmas to share Christmas wishes and enjoy tales of his adventures.
There will be time for each child to have a chat and if even share a letter with Father Christmas if they wish. He loves to read about all the kind things children have done through the year. He might even bring some early presents too!
Pre-booking is essential and please advise of any accessibility requirements. There will be 20 children per session and it’s £9.50 per child, which includes a gift, admission to the gardens and reindeer food to take home.

Christmas wreath making with Dovecote Nursery
Saturday, 7, Sunday, 8, Saturday, 14 and Sunday, 15 December, 10.30am
Make your door the festive standout this year, with your very own designed door wreath!
Led by Philippa Harris from Dovecote nurseries, you’ll be given all the guidance and inspiration you need to make your door ornament, with coffee, tea and mince pies on standby to help fuel your imagination.
All materials are provided but please bring a pair of secateurs and gardening gloves. This is a session for those 18 years or over and will take place in the Coach House at Ness. It’s £45 for members and £50 for non-members.
