Throughout Welcome, you can get advice and support with a range of queries at our Here to Help Hub.
Staffed by Student Ambassadors, the hub will also have members of the University’s Student Life and IT Services teams on hand if you need them.
Where: Here to Help Hub, first floor of Central Teaching Hub (enter through the pink arch)
When: 9am – 4.30pm each day
Open dates: Friday 12 September (International students only)
Monday 15 – Friday 19 September (all students)
Queries the Hub can help with: collecting your student card (only if you completed registering for your card after 5 September or if you have missed your School collection times), support with your tuition fees support, plus IT support.
