Take a break, get creative and look after your wellbeing

If balancing your studies and student life feels overwhelming at times, join our Wellbeing Team. for a series of free, creative wellbeing activities to help you relax, meet others, and enjoy a mindful break.

All sessions are held in the Student Life (Alsop) Building basement and all materials are provided — you just need to bring yourself! No booking is needed, simply turn up and join in.

If you’d prefer some extra support, email advice@liverpool.ac.uk and a member of the team can meet you outside beforehand.

The Student Life (Alsop) basement is also open as a drop-in wellbeing space from 10am – 4pm (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), where staff are available to chat, book you into advice sessions, or simply offer a relaxing space to connect with others.
