Building on the success of the two previous cohorts of the Collective Leadership at Liverpool programme, and the excellent feedback from participants, we are now recruiting a third cohort of leaders.
This programme provides a collaborative learning experience that challenges leaders to think and act in new ways, working with a diverse range of colleagues from across the institution. The programme design is highly participative, allowing leaders to reflect, challenge assumptions, build networks and reach new levels of professional practice.
It is open to existing and emerging education, research, technical and professional services managers and those in leadership roles (likely to be at grade 6 – 8). We encourage applications from anyone who feels they meet the criteria. We particularly welcome applications from colleagues from underrepresented groups.
Places for this programme are limited and applications will be reviewed by a panel comprising of senior representatives from academic, technical and professional areas, as well as a nomination from the applicant’s line manager.
Colleagues can learn more about the programme at a Q&A event on Tuesday, 9 December at 2pm via Zoom. Book here to register your place or request for the recording to be sent to you.
The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Friday, 30 January 2026.
