From Tuesday, 27 January, you will notice a change to your printer payment system, which will be managed by a new provider to improve security and provide a better experience for students.
If you use the University’s printing service, you will notice some small differences.
When you top up your printing account you will be automatically directed to a new payment portal, which will look slightly different.
Once payment is complete, your credit will be added to your account much quicker – in most cases it will be instantly updated (currently, credit takes around 10 minutes to load).
