Join one of our practical sessions to explore how food affects your mood and energy.

Learn the difference between healthy options and junk food, and pick up simple, budget-friendly cooking tips.

There are two sessions taking place for you to book, on Wednesday 11 and Wednesday 25 February, both from 11:30am in the Student Life seminar room (Alsop Building).

A free lunch and a take-home meal kit are also included.
