Let us help you de-stress during exams

The exam and assessment period can feel like a lot of pressure, so let us help you look after yourself.

Wellbeing events

Join our Wellbeing team in the Alsop Building as they host mindful and relaxing activities to help you unwind from Monday, 11 May to Friday, 22 May (first two weeks of exams) from 12pm-4pm each day. Activities include:

Sound therapy and breathwork sessions 

Relax to soothing sound vibrations and meditate away some of your stresses.
