University moves up in High Fliers survey

The University has been ranked 18th, a rise of four places, in the annual ‘High Fliers’ survey.

This places the University 6th in the Russell Group of 20 research led universities.

The High Fliers survey is the survey of the employment practices of the top 100 graduate recruiters and places the University in the top 20 universities in the UK targeted by leading graduate employers.

Dr Paul Redmond, Head of Careers & Employability Service, said: “This report is very good news and demonstrates just how highly top graduate recruiters value our students, our degree courses and our University. Of course I would say this, but High Fliers also reflects the dedication of my colleagues in the Careers & Employability Service, who have been working hard to build and maintain close links with graduate recruiters. Hopefully this demonstrates that our employer strategy is paying off.”
