University of Liverpool Vice-Chancellor, Professor Janet Beer, has launched Professional Interest Networks (PINs) at an event held at the institution’s campus in London.
PINs, an initiative led by the University’s Management School, have been designed to connect the University’s global alumni community, allowing them access to cutting-edge research and to learn from case studies and online information sessions.
It is aimed at providing professional development support, continuous learning, and opportunities for networking to all Liverpool graduates at each stage of their career.
Unique access
Vice-Chancellor, Professor Janet Beer, said: “This initiative presents an opportunity for alumni to develop and learn through the Liverpool network, as well as providing access to all the latest research from the University.
“I would encourage all graduates to keep in touch with us through the Alumni Community and embrace the opportunities presented by our new Professional Interest Networks.”
The diversity of Liverpool graduates and the broad range of University programmes, presents a unique opportunity for alumni to form links with fellow graduates who have gone on to succeed in careers across the globe.
