Two postgraduate students from the Department of Engineering have received the EADS TechMasters award for aerospace engineering at the annual Farnborough International Airshow.
Kavyashree Narenathreyas and Stephen Ambrose are currently studying an MSc in Simulation in Aerospace under the direction of Professor George Barakos from the Department of Engineering.
The students received a certificate and a £5,000 scholarship which was presented by Robin Southwell, CEO of EADS UK, and David Couzens, President of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
