To mark National Stress Awareness Day on Wednesday 3 November, the Counselling Service is hosting a number of events.
The Stress –Proof: Becoming resilient to stress is an event aimed to increase awareness of the symptoms of stress as well as how to look after ourselves more effectively when we are struggling.
During the day, there will be sessions in Relaxation, Qigong, Yoga and Mindfulness as well as short complimentary therapy treatments. Alongside the sessions there is an opportunity for you to have a Health MOT, speak to an NHS Personal Trainer or take part in a Campus guided walk.
The day will run from 11.00am – 2.30pm in the Dance Room, Second floor, Guild of Students.
The numbers are limited for each event so you will need to book a space by contacting the Counselling Service Tel: 0151 794 3304 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
