Visit the Farmers’ Market in University Square on Thursday 8 November between 9am and 2.30pm and try your hand at making soap.
So… Soap! will be demonstrating soap-making and staff will have a chance to have a go at making their own. All products are made from organic ingredients and are packaged in recycled bottles.
There will also be a Liverpool Guild of Students stand which will host a free book give away, so come along to browse the selection of diverse literature available.
First and third year students will also have the chance to win £500 cash by completing a short online survey. The student skills survey asks about students’ time at University and the skills they are developing for employment. Students can visit the stand at the market to enter their opinions online or visit the website.
Staff will also be able to get free bicycle maintenance tips and advice and buy accessories and parts from the staff-run cycle stall.
