The Founder and Managing Director of Chronos Technology, Charles Curry, has been awarded a Visiting Professorship from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics.

Charles, who graduated from the University in 1973 with a Degree in Engineering, has been a member of the Department’s Industry Advisory Board (IAB) since 2008. The IAB is a group of industrialists who regularly meet up to help peer review student projects and faculty activities.

Dr Jason Ralph, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, said: “Charles has a wealth of experience in the communication and navigation industry and will be a valued addition to the Department.
