Members of the USS pension scheme are being consulted on changes to future pension benefits which have been proposed by the Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC). The JNC is the negotiating forum within USS and includes both employer and member representatives.

The site features simple modellers enabling employees to see the effect of the proposed changes on their benefits as well as a detailed Q&A and film presentations describing the proposals. A response form is available to express views on the proposed changes.
The consultation, which is open to both members and potential members of USS, runs from Monday, 16 March 2015 to Friday, 22 May 2015.
