To ensure you are connected and empowered by technology, the Computing Services Department would like to hear your thoughts about how we can improve.
While the Department’s aim is to ensure all the IT services we provide and support are of the highest quality, sometimes we experience issues that impact negatively on our service levels, as has been the case with Stream Capture in recent weeks. With this in mind, we want to find out how you experience our services.
If you would like to share your thoughts with us about services like VITAL, Wi-Fi, email, printing and more, please fill out our short Computing Services Survey.
If you enter the survey, you can opt into our prize draw where you could win an iPad Mini.
The survey, which is open until Friday, 18 May, will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
VITAL has been very useful to me during my time at The University of Liverpool. VITAL is relatively easy to navigate.
