If you’d like tips and advice on getting through the pandemic, listen to Coping with COVID – a podcast created by Dr Helen West and Dr Suzi Gage from the Department of Psychology.
Although the podcast was originally created for medical, nursing and allied health students, the podcast contains practical advice that most people will find helpful and covers a wide range of themes; from mindfulness to COVID conspiracy theories.
The podcast has been running since May last year and there are now 30 episodes in the back catalogue you can browse through.
