Following a meeting with Arriva and Guild President Adnan Hussain, students can now apply for an Arriva Bus extension or refund for tickets and passes purchased via the Guild.
Below are the details of how to claim your ticket extension or refund.
Academic Year Pass 2019/2020
If you purchased any Arriva Bus pass from the Guild that would have expired up to 30 June 2020, you can get in touch with Arriva to discuss your ticket extension or refund options.
The deadline for queries on these tickets is the 26 February 2021.

Passes valid from 1 September 2020
Any Arriva Bus pass valid from 1 September 2020 – 31 May 2021 is eligible for a ticket extension and issue 21 weeks credit in the form of Arriva Bus tickets.
Any pass valid from 1 September 2020 and that expires on the 30 June 2021 is eligible for a ticket extension and issue 25 weeks credit in the form of Arriva Bus tickets.
The ticket extensions can be used at any point in the future.
If a ticket extension is not applicable, you will be able to apply for a cash refund. The deadline for ticket extensions and refund queries is the 30 June 2021.

Passes valid from 1 January 2021
You can gain a refund via Liverpool Guild of Students if you don’t wish to use your bus pass. Please email guildweb@liverpool.ac.uk.
