It’s easy to get in touch with the Canvas Support Team, simply click the ‘Help’ icon on the left-hand side (blue) navigation menu as shown below.
All the operators are real people so you won’t have to deal with bots or automated responses. Plus you can choose to speak to the support team by email, live chat or over the phone if you’d prefer.
Remember: Although the Canvas Support Hotline is a US number, it’s free to call from UK landlines and mobiles.
The Canvas Support Team is usually able to answer around 75% of student queries first time. If the Team can’t help with your query, they will redirect you to the relevant University service for the support you need (such as the CSD Service Desk ).
