We all need help sometimes and the good news is that the Canvas Support Team is always there whenever you need them, any time of the day or night, 365-days-a-year.
This expert team of operators is happy to answer any questions you have about your virtual learning environment (VLE) – from submitting coursework to uploading videos or personalising your Canvas account.
So whatever your question about your VLE, don’t sit there worrying. Contact the Canvas Support Team, they are here to help and no problem is ever too big or too small.
It’s easy to get in touch with the Canvas Support Team, simply click the ‘Help’ icon on the left-hand side (blue) navigation menu as shown below.
All the operators are real people so you won’t have to deal with bots or automated responses. Plus you can choose to speak to the support team by email, live chat or over the phone if you’d prefer.
Remember: Although the Canvas Support Hotline is a US number, it’s free to call from UK landlines and mobiles.
The Canvas Support Team is usually able to answer around 75% of student queries first time. If the Team can’t help with your query, they will redirect you to the relevant University service for the support you need (such as the CSD Service Desk ).
