We want to know what you loved about your experience with us, and how we can improve.
Your feedback helps us to make big changes at the University. In the past, we have used student feedback to create better social spaces on campus, improve our Virtual Learning Environment (CANVAS) and introduce new initiatives like Discover Week.
As thank you for your time, you’ll be entered into a prize draw where you could win a Nintendo Switch, a Polaroid Now+ or a pair of Beats Studio 3 Wireless Headphones. We’ll also donate £1 on behalf of every student who takes part in the survey to charity. This year we are supporting the Young Person’s Advisory Service as well as local Community Interest Company (CIC) Thrive which aims to connect young people to employers right across the Liverpool City Region.

What is the National Student Survey?
The National Student Survey is an annual UK survey of final year undergraduate students. It is commissioned by the Office for Students (OfS) and administered by independent research agency Ipsos MORI. The survey is part of a quality assurance system to generate more detailed information about teaching quality.
It asks questions on a range of areas including teaching quality, learning opportunities, academic support, organisation and management, learning resources, learning community, student voice and overall satisfaction.
The results and feedback help universities to make changes and improvements, as well as giving prospective students information which can help them decide where and what to study.
Whether you think your time at the University of Liverpool has been great, or you think some of it could have been better, this is your chance to give your honest view and make a difference.
