Ukraine crisis: Accessing support

Our university community is shocked and deeply concerned by the unfolding war in Ukraine and our thoughts are with everyone who is affected.

These events are having a real impact on some of our students and staff and we want to take this opportunity to remind those students of the practical assistance and support available. The International Advisers in our International Advice and Guidance (IAG) team will provide practical advice and support. They are there to assist wherever possible, or to find someone who can.

Meanwhile, our team of Wellbeing Advisors are here to provide emotional support. Students may also find that some of our year-round wellbeing resources and self-help information which, although not developed specifically for this situation, are useful to read through.

How to access University support

International Advice and Guidance can be contacted on iagteam@liverpool.ac.uk. Wellbeing Advisors can be contacted on advice@liverpool.ac.uk.
