ParliaMentors is an award-winning leadership programme that offers the chance for university students of different faiths and non-religious beliefs to collaborate and create real social change.
Through expert-led training, mentoring from MPs, and support from local and national NGOs you will develop networks and skills to effect real change in your community, your future career, and in the political arena.
There are 5 spaces available just for University of Liverpool students for the 2022 programme.
Get involved and you will:
- See politics in action: Gain a unique insight into the political process while being mentored by MPs and Peers.
- Create social change: Work in mixed-belief teams to create social action projects with support from leading charities.
- Develop leadership skills: Learn through direct experience, expert-led training workshops and events.
- Build networks: Create new professional and personal links with institutions and organisations and by joining our Alumni Network.
The programme is open to students from any degree subject who will be at university in the next academic year. They are looking for students who are keen to work with others of different backgrounds and aspire to be political or community leaders, and to make a positive impact on society beyond university,
