4. Employability Day 2022

Employability Day is for all University of Liverpool students and graduates. It’s all about believing in yourself, being inspired by others, and opening your mind to what’s possible. The theme this year is #CareerConfidence.

Listen to inspiring talks from recent University of Liverpool graduates in Mountford Hall, meet student entrepreneurs on Guild Walk, try the Virtual Reality Confidence Lab in the Tech Tunnel or create a LinkedIn profile and get a free professional headshot in the Linkedin Lounge in the Career Studio. We’re also giving away a ‘little box of confidence’ to the students that we speak to on the day.

Be inspired, meet new people, and learn new things. Take small steps that help to move you toward your goals.

Where: Campus and Online
When: 4 October 2022
Find out more: On our Employability Day webpage.

5. Careers Fair

For this year’s Careers Fair, we’ve invited 70 companies to visit Liverpool and meet students from all degree courses and years of study to talk about their job opportunities.

As well as more specialist roles, many of the opportunities are open to students from any degree subject, so it’s well worth coming along as you might just be surprised by the vacancies that you will be able to apply for.

Alongside the stands on the day, we’re also running a series of employer talks that will provide you with an insight into the opportunities and a chance to ask questions away from the noise of the main fair.

So, whether you’re looking for a paid internship, year in industry placement, or graduate job, this is a great opportunity to meet face to face with some of the UK’s leading employers at the start of the recruitment season.

When: 18 October 2022
