The assessment period can be a particularly stressful time. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, or are finding it difficult to cope with the stress around exams, you don’t need to struggle on your own. The following services and resources are free and confidential for all students.
Wellbeing advice and guidance
The University’s Wellbeing Team provides confidential, non-judgemental one-to-one support, information, advice and guidance for students. They can talk to you about a range of personal and social issues, helping you to improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
Students can book a face-to-face session on campus or, if you prefer, via a video or telephone call from wherever you feel most comfortable.
The team also run courses and workshops to provide you with ideas about different ways to manage and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
