Your overall year assessment results will be available to view in the Results Portal from 12 noon today (Monday, 3 July 2023).
When you log into the system (from 12 noon today, Monday, 3 July 2023), you will see a page displaying your student information, as well as your component and module marks.
If you are a final year undergraduate student or postgraduate taught student receiving your classification you will see your:
- Module marks for your first and second semester
- Awarded degree
- Classification
Please note, if you are a clinical student you will follow a separate timetable of assessments and subsequent results – information on these is shared directly with you from your School or department. Please contact your school office directly if you have further enquiries about this.
Re-sits and re-takes
If you don’t do as well as expected in any of your modules you can find information about your options for undertaking re-sits and re-takes on our webpages. It is important you read the relevant information sheet on these pages carefully if this applies to you.
The re-sit period will take place from Monday, 7 August 2023 until Friday, 25 August 2023.
A resit timetable will be published on Monday, 10 July on our Examinations and Assessments webpages. This timetable will not show any locations but the time and date is set in advance to help you to plan.
Ongoing industrial action
The University of Liverpool is among 150 universities across the country experiencing national industrial action by members of the University & College Union (UCU) which includes a marking and assessment boycott. This means that some UCU members are currently limiting their activity around marking and assessment procedures.
We have been carefully monitoring this and have established processes in place to ensure any impact on you is minimised.
Our priority has been to deliver your remaining semester two results to you on time, but some marking is expected to be delayed. If this is likely to affect you, your School will already have contacted you directly to inform you of this. If you have not been informed about delays this means you are expected to receive a full set of marks on Monday, 3 July.
If you are in your final year and any of your marks are missing, you will still be able to attend your graduation day in July. Further information about this will be shared directly with those of you who may experience some mark delays.
Information about assessment and marking procedures, including how to understand the information in your results portal, is available on our webpages.
If you are taking a different type of course such as Pre-Sessional English (English Language Centre) this detail may not apply. Your course will be in touch with you directly.
