Last week, Global Student Living announced the University of Liverpool as the winner of its prestigious Best Customer Service Award 2023.
The Global Student Living Awards are the only industry awards based on direct feedback collected from tens of thousands of students around the world, making this award all the more meaningful.
The Global Student Living survey is sent to students living in University of Liverpool Halls twice a year. The feedback you provide helps us to make positive changes to your experiences of living in halls.
This year, the University was also nominated in 3 further categories:
- Best University Housing (UK & Ireland)
- Best Student Community (UK & Ireland)
- Best Individual Property – Greenbank Student Village (UK & Ireland)
Sam Pope, Head of Residential Services at the University commented: “It is a fantastic achievement to have won Best Customer Service for the GSL awards and I am incredibly proud of our front line teams. It is testament to all of the hard work, care and commitment that the Residential Services Team delivers day-in, day-out, providing excellent customer service and enhancing the student experience.
“To have won this award is also a real reflection of the close working we have across Residential Services and the wider University community in partnership with colleagues in Student Support, Campus Support and more.”
About the Global Student Living Awards
The 2023 Global Student Living Awards are based exclusively on direct feedback from over 65,000 students at universities and colleges across the UK and Europe. With no written nominations and no ‘expert’ judges, the Global Student Living Awards are uniquely credible and highly prized.
Data for the awards are collected through the Global Student Living Index (UK & Ireland and Europe). Registration to participate in the current wave of the Global Student Living Index, running 1st October to 30th November 2023, is now open.
