Let’s talk: Men’s mental health evening with run4yourmind

November is Men’s Mental Health month, an opportunity to check in your own and your mate’s mental health, get to know more about the support available to you and start the conversation.

Next Monday, 27 November, The Guild and the University of Liverpool invite you to a free evening dedicated to men’s mental health.

Guest speaker Oly Newton from Run4yourmind will be bringing his talk for change to campus, sharing his own experiences with mental health and the power of self-care and community. Oly is an international speaker and Mental Health Trainer, driven by his own personal experience with severe mental illness. Overcoming a decade of challenges, it was his discovery of running that became a catalyst for recovery and a platform to find his voice.
