Your programme evaluation survey now open

Your experience of university is shaped by many aspects of your time here with us in Liverpool – from your academic course, right through to what our wider city region has to offer you.

We are always looking for ways to better understand and improve your university experience which is why we have introduced a new Programme Evaluation process to sit alongside your normal module feedback.

Your Programme Evaluation is an annual online survey which will take no more than 15 mins to complete, and will cover different aspects of your academic experience including:

  • The teaching on your course
  • Workload
  • Available support
  • Learning resources
  • Assessment and feedback

The survey is open now – take the opportunity to have your say before it closes at midnight on Monday, 10 June 2024.

****Remember that some module evaluation surveys are still open for your Semester 2 modules – you can find these in Canvas, in the MyLiverpool app and emails you have received about these****

Why is your Programme Evaluation important?

We value your opinion and will use your feedback to identify areas of good practice which can be shared. We will look at what works well on your course and what could be better, and the insight you give us will be used to make direct improvements to your course for your next year of study, as well as for future cohorts at the University.

We will also use your feedback to ensure that we are maintaining and enhancing our academic quality and standards.

Please be assured that your responses will remain completely anonymous and will not be connected to you as an individual.

What happens next?

Once you have completed your Programme Evaluation, changes and improvements will be discussed at programme, department and faculty level. Any changes we make as a result of your feedback will be communicated with you via your department’s usual feedback routes.
