Liverpool Life is getting a new design, which should make it easier for you to access everything you need to manage your personal details and academic programme.
To enable us to complete this essential upgrade, Liverpool Life will be unavailable from 12noon on Monday 10 June until 9am on Tuesday 11 June.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause but when you are able to log on again we hope you will like the new design and simplified navigation.
On the new look Liverpool Life site, you will still be able to:
- Check and update your personal details
- Access personalised content based on your level of study, such as your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) if you are an undergraduate or your PGR Toolkit if you are research student
- Request documents, such as council tax student certificate, confirmation of student registration letter (bank letter) or student status letter
- Access information uploaded via the old version of the site
- Complete your online academic registration
One change to note is that you will log into the new Liverpool Life using your MWS username and password rather than via your student ID and PIN. Again, this should make accessing your key information much easier than before.
Another is that Liverpool Life’s URL has also changed to https://my.liverpool.ac.uk/ but don’t worry if you have bookmarked the old site, redirects are in place that will automatically take you to the new site.
