Careers stupport for graduates

Graduation isn’t goodbye, and our Careers & Employability team are here to help you into your first graduate role – whether that is exploring your options, finding job opportunities, or preparing for the different stages of the recruitment process.

As a recent graduate you can continue to access support from our Careers & Employability team via the Careers Studio, either in-person or online. You can also access all of our digital tools and resources, including Handshake, CareerSet, and Student Circus.

Considering further study?

A master’s degree can really help your jobs prospects in the future and if you’re interested in research a master’s degree is often a prerequisite for a PhD too.

If you have achieved a minimum of a 2.2 in your undergraduate degree and meet any additional entry requirements for the master’s course you’re interested in, we can guarantee your place for the next academic year.

In the lead up to graduation, our admissions team continue to offer drop-in sessions which give you access to:

• One-to-one advice about your options
• On the spot offers for most of our master’s programmes
• Signposting to relevant finance, careers, and other student support teams.

You can drop-in to chat to our teams at the University of Liverpool Career Studio (D7 on the campus map) on the following dates:

• 10am-4pm from Monday 1 July to Friday 5 July
• 10am-4pm from Monday 8 July to Wednesday 10 July.
