Your Semester One timetable to be released on Tuesday, 10 September

The semester one academic timetable for 2024/25 will be released to all students on the Timetables App and in the Timetable Portal  on Tuesday, 10 September.

This is a slight delay to our original expected release date as a result of some unscheduled changes to the timetable following a building maintenance issue in one of our large lecture theatres.

We know how important early access to timetables is for our students. Thank you for your patience whist our timetabling team work to relocate activities across campus to accommodate the move.

DID YOU KNOW…?
Each year the Student Life team schedule teaching for our 27,000 students who have timetabled sessions on campus. This involves timetabling sessions across more than 2,500 modules into around 400 teaching spaces.

If you are a new student, you will need to have completed your academic registration and activated your computing account before you are able to access the Timetable Portal and Timetable App. Please make sure you have downloaded the most up-to-date version of the Timetables App. You can find out more about the app, including how to download it, via the App Directory.

Students in their first year of study, and some taking Masters courses, may see a partial timetable to begin with if they have not yet registered for optional modules. These sessions will be added to your timetable once your registration information is completed.

Students studying on Dentistry programmes and Veterinary Science will receive their timetable directly from their School. Medical students beginning before 10 September will receive information directly from their School for further information regarding teaching sessions and placements.

Your semester two academic timetable will be released in December 2024.

Depending on your area of study, additional activities – like field trips – may be added to your timetable after 1 September and during the semester. Please look out for emails from your department about such activities and regularly check your timetable throughout the term.
