Wellbeing activities and support to help you settle in

There’s lots to get to grips with as you join us this September and our Student Services team is proud to be on-hand to help you settle into our fantastic student community. Read on to find out more about the services available to you and how to access advice and support.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing teams offer a range of options to help you navigate university life.

The Wellbeing team will be running drop-ins in the Student Life building on University Square between 10am and 4pm, Monday 16 to Friday 27 September.

There’s a full run-down of what the teams offer, including wellbeing advice, counselling service, a mental health advisory service plus workshops and events on the Mental Wellbeing pages.

Disability Support

The Disability Advice and Guidance team help with all the support available for disabled students. Through them, you’ll find guidance on how to access disability-related study support, what study and assessment support is available, including funding options and much more.

Money Advice

Managing your finances while studying can be tough and we understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. Our money advisers provide tailored advice and support, helping you navigate any financial challenges you might face.

Visa and Immigration Advice

Adjusting to life in a new country can be exciting but challenging. Our International Advice and Guidance team is here to make your transition smoother.
