The University has launched a new student portal, My Liverpool, which brings together all content that was formerly held in Liverpool Life and the student intranet in one easy to access system.
What difference will I see?
My Liverpool not only looks better but has improved navigation and accessibility, making it easier for you to manage your personal details and academic programme, and access everything you need. We’ve also improved how it works on your mobile phone.
When you log into My Liverpool you will be able to view your personal details and course information, alongside details of student support services as well as the latest student news, all in one handy place.
We think that My Liverpool will significantly improve your online experience, and we’ve made sure to retain all the key aspects from Liverpool Life and the student intranet which you valued.
Next steps
IT Services will be working with you via the Customer Experience team to establish what you need My Liverpool to do to make your academic journey the best that it can be. They will use your feedback to introduce even more new functionality from early 2025.
You can also join our Student Digital Engagement Group (StuDEG), a community of students the University calls upon to help us research and test our digital products. This will involve helping IT Services figure out what needs to go on My Liverpool and gives you the opportunity to earn rewards in return.
How do I access the new My Liverpool?
