Results for postgraduate taught students will be available to view in the Results Portal, in My Liverpool, from 12 noon on Wednesday, 12 November 2025.
Results for some undergraduate students who are currently outstanding marks will be made available at the same time.
When you log into the system, you will see a page displaying your student information and your component and module marks. If you are unable to see your results, you may need to select the 24/25 academic year from the drop-down list in order for them to display.
If you are a postgraduate taught student or final year undergraduate student receiving your classification, you will see your module marks for your first and second semester as well as your awarded degree and classification. Information about graduation can be found on our dedicated graduation webpages.
Please note, if you are a clinical student, you will follow a separate timetable of assessments and subsequent results – information on these is shared directly with you from your School or department. Please contact your school office directly if you have further enquiries about this.
Re-sits and re-takes
If you don’t do as well as expected in any of your modules you can find information about your options for undertaking re-sits and re-takes on our webpages. It is important you read the relevant information sheet on these pages carefully if this applies to you.
Support
Collecting results can be a joyous occasion, but it can also be an anxious time. Please remember that, as well as contacting your School or department for help, we have a range of services, including our student support services, which offer comprehensive advice, support and information on a wide range of non-academic issues including counselling and mental health, amongst others.
Central Wellbeing team
Our central wellbeing team is on hand 9am-5pm throughout the week. You can fill in a quick triage form to book an appointment with them, including an online appointment. Alternatively you can call them on 0151 795 1000.
24/7 listening service
We also have a 24/7 listening service provided by Health Assured. You can speak to them any time of the day or night. Call their freephone helpline on 0800 028 3766. Health Assured also provide the Wisdom app which includes options to speak to someone via live chat, email or video call. Download the app for Apple or Android, and enter the code MHA187679 to get access to support.
Guild of Students advice service
Your Guild of Students is also available as a touchpoint if you are worried about how your exams are going. They offer free and confidential advice which is independent from the University.
Your Learning, Teaching and Support Officer (undergraduate students only)
Your Learning, Teaching and Support Officer in your School or department is dedicated to offering you pastoral and practical support at a School level. They’re there to help talk through your concerns and get the appropriate advice from your academic advisor if necessary. They can also put you in touch with wellbeing support if you need some extra help. You can contact your School office via email to get the ball rolling on a conversation. Alternatively, your LTSOs may have drop-in hours during the week. If you’re not sure when these are, you can email your School or visit in person to ask staff.
