The University’s three libraries are open 24 hours a day (helpdesk hours vary, please see the library website for details). Here’s how you can make the most of all the resources our libraries have to offer, both in person and online:
Online resources
There are plenty of ways to access Library resources online if you can’t collect from the Library in person or if you need to use resources that our libraries don’t have a physical copy of. More than 900,000 electronic books and 130,000 electronic journals are available to you 24/7 wherever you have an internet connection.
- Use DISCOVER to find ebooks and electronic articles
- Search the Library catalogue
- Search for Ejournals
- Search Databases
- Search Reading lists for quick, easy access to the resources recommended by your lecturers
If you need support finding resources, contact the Liaison Librarian for your subject who can help you find what you need.
