Free Access Fridays
Every Friday in February, you get free access to our sports facilities. That means no cost, all gain!
- Gym workouts
- Swimming pool sessions
- Fitness classes (why not try something new?)
- Climbing wall – challenge yourself
The next sessions take place on 21 and 28 February at the Sports & Fitness Centre. Just complete a quick free access form & online health check before your first session.
So grab your mates, shake off the week, and end it on a high!

Want to try a sport but don’t want to commit? Turn Up and Play sessions are made for you.
Blitzball, Pickleball, Futsal…and more!

BRIT Challenge 2025 – Target 25
We’re taking on the BRIT Challenge again – and this year, our goal is to become the most active university in the UK!
The challenge is simple:
- Choose your activity (walking, running, cycling, swimming – whatever works for you!)
- Set a goal based around 25 (minutes, miles, reps – you decide!)
- Go solo or team up with friends
- Log your progress and be part of something big!

Led by Liverpool LMS running leaders, these weekly social runs help you:
