Our top 3 tips for interview success:
- Spend time on research – Find out as much as you can about the company and the role you’re applying for. You’ll be expected to have a good grasp of what the organisation does and what the role entails.
- Be prepared – You should prepare answers to common interview questions and identify the skills, interests and experiences that they are looking for and how you meet them. Have a think about questions you might want to ask during the interview.
- Practice makes perfect – Book a face-to-face or telephone practice interview. We also offer practice video interviews – these will help you to prepare for the real thing.
