1. Yoga in the Palm House, £8
The Palm House is located within Sefton Park and is a three-tier dome conservatory full of incredible plants, sculptures and 20 different types of palms. It is also a fantastic venue and every Wednesday the Palm House runs a yoga class. The next class is on Wednesday 23 October at 9:30-10:30am and is a relaxing flow class open to all levels and abilities.
2. Explore the Williamson tunnels
Built in the early 1800s, the Williamson Tunnels are a set of labyrinth tunnels built by local businessman Joseph Williamson. You can take a tour of this underground world, and view exhibitions which depict the life and times of one of Liverpool’s most eccentric characters. If you time it right, you might even visit on the evening of an underground tunnel rave!
3. Halloween floating cinema, £15.40
From 24 October – 1 November enjoy your favourite Halloween movies whilst floating on the Albert Dock!
Showings include family classics; Hocus Pocus, Casper, Adams Family and Beetlejuice. If you’re after something a little spookier, head to one of the adult only evening screenings including Rocky Horror Picture Show, Scream, Psycho and Nightmare on Elm Street.
4. Street art tour
From the Fabric District to the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool has some incredible street art and, with a little planning, you can spend a great day exploring some of these amazing artworks. 5. Stroll down Lark Lane
Lark Lane is a hidden metropolis outside the city centre. It boasts an enviable collection of independent restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, and is just a stone’s throw from Liverpool’s lovely Sefton Park. Well worth a visit!
