Crown Place opens its doors to students

President Bill Clinton receives honorary degree from Liverpool
President Bill Clinton, Founder of the Clinton Foundation and 42nd President of the United States, received an honorary degree from the University at a special ceremony held at the British Embassy in Washington DC. New MBA teaching facility opens in Liverpool

Students share views on London campus

Olympic cyclist to pilot world’s fastest bike attempt
An Olympic silver medallist is among the riders chosen to pilot the University of Liverpool’s attempt to break the fastest human powered vehicle world record in the Nevada desert in September. Husband and wife receive PhD degrees at same graduation ceremony
Husband and wife, Faez Awad and Nasreen Aflaifel, from Libya, both received their PhDs from the University at the same ceremony. Faez Awad and Nasreen Aflaifel were both awarded PhDs from the University’s Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.
