Share your photos and videos and you could win a £50 Red Letter Days voucher

Connecting with coffee

Over the last few weeks we have been encouraging all students to try out the NHS’s Five Steps to Mental Wellbeing. Now we’d like to see what you do to look after your mental health.

Take part in the Steps to Mental Wellbeing and share your photos or videos with us using the hashtag #LivUniWellbeing and you could win one of five £50 Red Letter Days vouchers.

We’re looking for photos that show how you connect, be active, keep learning, give to others or be mindful. That means the winning photo or video could be anything from you enjoying a coffee with a friend, to going for a run, to trying out a new challenge.

Don’t forget to add that all-important hashtag!

How to enter

  1. Take your photo or video
  2. Share it from your Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account anytime between Monday, 11 November 2019 and Friday, 15 November 2019
  3. Make sure you include the hashtag #LivUniWellbeing

Our Student Communications team will pick the five winners who will each receive a £50 Red Letter Days voucher to help you try something new, connect with some friends and make some awesome memories.
