Wellbeing Week – what’s on this week

Wellbeing Week starts today (10 May) with a programme of activities to help students and staff to boost their health and wellbeing.

Please remember, if you feel you need extra support at any time during your studies please visit our Student Support Services webpages.

There are more than 50 free sessions and events taking place every day until Friday, 14 May including the hugely popular Campus 5k which is taking place on Wednesday.

You can take part whether you are working or studying on campus or at home. If you are on campus the route will be posted on @sportliverpool for you to run or walk at your own time throughout the day. If you are at home or off campus, you can run or walk your own 5k route wherever you are. Sport Liverpool invite everyone to share their Campus 5k story on Instagram or Twitter and tag @sportliverpool #Campus5K to be entered into a prize draw to win either a 3-month membership to the sports centre, a Fitbit, amazon vouchers or a famous Sport Liverpool water bottle!
